The Chanel SS23 RTW collection was such a MOOD. I don't even know where to start or where to look but all I can say is ~WOWzers...

Chanel’s Virginie Viard is the creative force behind a stealthy re-imagining of Chanel, This collection shows she is honoring Gabrielle Chanel's legacy. This time, she and long-time collaborators Inez and Vinoodh, set their sights on a 1961 black-and-white film by Alain Resnais, titled L’Année Dernière à Marienbad, which not only won the Lion d'Or at the Venice film festival but it also included designs from Gabrielle Chanel herself, but all we can say is Virginie took it to the next level. I am talking starry night skies on fabric to pink, plaid, and even polka dots came out to play on the runway.
