Rituals has opened a 3,300 square foot facility at the site. The latter occupies 2,000 square feet of the former Phase Eight building and is situated among the upscale watch and jewellery businesses in the area. It was the womenswear retailer's previous location until it moved into an expanded unit last year.

Further enhancements have been disclosed by mall management and operator Sovereign Centros at its sites in Merry Hill, West Midlands, and Festival Place, Basingstoke.

At the location, Rituals has erected a 3,300 square foot facility. The latter is located among the area's upmarket watch and jewellery stores, taking up 2,000 square feet of the previous Phase Eight building. This was the former location of the clothing business until it relocated to a larger space last year.

Rituals debuted its first outlet location in Scotland at the Caledonia Park Designer Outlet in Gretna earlier this month. Additionally, in the latter part of 2023, it opened stores in Chelmsford's Bond Street in September, Ashford designer Outlet in Kent in November, Atria Watford in October, and Belfast's Victoria Square in December, which became the brand's largest UK store.

"Securing this brand... at both destinations showcases the value we place on partnering with retailers, helping them to achieve their vision and supporting their growth in locations that match their aspirational demographic," stated Jack Gordon, Senior Asset Manager at Sovereign Centros, about the most recent openings. The fact that they bring a distinctive, upscale shopping experience to wherever they go is excellent for the people who visit Merry Hill and Festival Place.

Merry Hill and Festival Place, according to Sovereign Centros, "have reported significant performance uplifts over the course of 2023" as a result of proactive asset management and leasing, as well as "secured sales and footfall increases significantly above UK benchmark figures."
