Christa Bösch and Cosima Gadient are starting the new year with a thoughtful approach to the pre-fall season. During a joint video conference, Bösch stated, "We've been engaged in creative and experimental endeavours for a long time. However, with this collection, we hope to convey a sense of consolation, similar to the hug we all crave in these difficult times."

The team describes the initial combination, which includes a sage green jersey top, strap-embellished leggings, and a "furry" chocolate miniskirt, as a representation of their upbringing—sophisticated yet easygoing. This hairy fabric reappears in later pieces, such as a fitted blazer worn with wide-leg pants or deep cuffs on green underwear. Observant folks may see tiny parallels to the previous season's runway in graffitied cotton or paper bags, while the brand's distinctive asymmetrical lace-up shoes are now available in shearling.

Rather of pursuing edginess for its own sake, the designers aimed to provide a series of "softshell layers" that are approachable, despite their roots in traditional Swiss dress. One example is the reimagining of the original dirndl, which is commonly seen in old Oktoberfest pictures. Neither designer anticipates wearing it unless it's converted into a mesh crop top, a long printed dress paired with a fitted jacket, or aggressively patterned body-positive pieces.

Drawing inspiration from traditional men's clothes, lederhosen receives a modern reworking in mesh or glossy flared pants, moving away from Alpine transhumance aesthetics and towards a contemporary attractiveness suggestive of a "little red Corvette." Additionally, red and white chalet checks improve the overall attractiveness.

Cosy chunky cable knits, created in partnership with a manufacturing partner in Athens, provide warmth. A pink and blue knit twin set with a matching skirt plays on a traditional stereotype, while outerwear pieces like as a padded hunting-style jacket, a strappy bomber, and hooded cloak-like clothes try to appeal to the brand's core fanbase. Opting for clarity over quirkiness is expected to be a deliberate decision.
