He succeeded in a variety of endeavors after first dominating football, fragrance, underwear, whisky, razors, and so on. David Beckham is focusing his attention on fashion right now.
The former captain of England has revealed today that he would be collaborating with Hugo Boss on design projects for several years, creating new menswear ranges with their BOSS brand.
Hugo Boss CEO Daniel Grieder led the collaboration. Before 2023, Grieder had never met Beckham, but after watching the Netflix documentary "Beckham," he became immediately interested in working with the athlete on a range of custom clothes.

“David was always on the radar, but I didn’t know him personally, and until I saw the Netflix documentary, I wasn’t aware of all that he’d achieved in his life, all of the difficult times he went through, and how he stayed strong,” Grieder told WWD.
“The show changed my whole point of view, and I was convinced that we had to get him,” he added. “I said, ‘Listen, we don’t just want you as an ambassador, we want you in a partnership. We want you to be involved in the design, and to do a collection.’ Then we met again, and discussed what we could do together. He visited the company and was impressed.”
Beckham will "curate and design" a variety of capsule and seasonal collections for BOSS throughout the course of the multi-year contract, with an emphasis on both formal and casual menswear.
