The Attico Fall Winter 2024-2025 Ad Campaign Featuring Karolin Wolter shot by Vito Fernicola.
The striking Posillipo villa overlooking the sea in Naples serves as the setting for the Attico's Fall Winter 2024–2025 collection, which draws inspiration from the city's contrasted beauty and energetic energy. With roots in southern Italy, designers Gilda Ambrosio and Giorgia Tordini capture the essence of Naples, a city known for its "tough contrasts," in their collection, which exalts assertive femininity while incorporating a hint of mystery.
The lookbook, which was taken at night in the opulent villa, has a seductive and alluring atmosphere. "Naples is a place of beauty and misery in equal measure, fragility and passion, romance and grit," the designers add. It captures the essence of The Attico and who we are."The collection is reminiscent of Parthenope, the fabled siren who is credited with founding Naples. A trace of this sensual energy can be seen in dresses with flowing mermaid designs. The range is defined by stark contrasts, such as body-skimming minidresses and broad-shouldered, corset-waisted suits.
The retro-inspired fringed "siren numbers" with sequined mesh create a liquid translucency, while a sleek black leather pantsuit has an unexpected color-shifting feature that turns it from black to a dark purple when worn.
This season, a more refined and feminine style triumphs over the boyish charm of worn denim and big cargos. The designers state, "We wanted to celebrate that feminine energy because Naples is a female city."
The Attico Fall Winter 2024–2025 collection exemplifies the brand's distinctive aesthetic, which is strong, seductive, and closely linked to its Italian background. It's an engrossing investigation of Neapolitan femininity, where paradoxes and contrasts produce an aesthetically singular result.
