As with building a high-performance Ferrari, creating a luxury collection requires patience and accuracy. Acknowledging this, the renowned Italian company celebrated three years since its debut in the fashion industry by releasing its inaugural Resort collection.

Rocco Iannone, creative director, was incredibly proud of their success. "Building a fashion line requires integrating it seamlessly into the Ferrari legacy," he said. "This takes time to happen. It requires patience, knowledge, a serious attitude, deference, and ongoing education. This collection is the result of a seven-season conversation with our clientele, not merely a runway presentation."
The vast collection is the result of substantial investment in research and invention, and it will be released in boutiques in three distinct drops this year. The design concept starts with an emphasis on materials and is grounded in a futuristic present. Tires that were thrown away were repurposed with Q-CycleTM, a sustainable yarn that was made into woven nylon twill and even a visually arresting, see-through crochet knit garment with couture influences.

A wardrobe for those who embrace the Ferrari lifestyle is what Iannone's idea for this first Resort collection translates into. Beyond the traditional Rosso Corsa, a sophisticated combination of ecru, white, navy, Klein blue, sage, fir green, and black make up the color scheme.
