Hervé Léger Resort 2025 collection lookbook
Michelle Ochs has been at Hervé Léger for a year, and she is still revitalizing the company by going beyond its iconic body-con dresses.
Ochs emphasizes adaptability and pragmatism. She showed off a newly released tiny black piqué suit, which features a cropped jacket and flared pants, marking a departure from the brand's previous emphasis on extremely tight dresses and high heels.A variety of separates are available in the collection, such as pencil skirts, turtlenecks, and another tiny black suit. New knits offer a cozy substitute for Léger's classic bandage fabric. They come in velvety and trompe l'oeil crocodile patterns. Ochs even dabbles in weaving, founding a club dedicated to satin tailoring. The evening outfit showcases the knits' adaptability. The collection offers a modern interpretation of the brand's iconic form while including elements such as lurex, fringe, rhinestones, and a distinctive mesh overlay on traditional bandage dresses.
Ochs observes that a younger generation is drawn to the collection and is learning about the brand for the first time. With a slight nod to the 1990s, she has successfully updated the Hervé Léger look, drawing in a youthful, fashionable clientele.
All things considered, Ochs has been able to grow the brand's product line while maintaining its essential character. She should maintain introducing adaptable pieces, such as the tiny black suit, while considering both modern women's comfort and her own personal style.
